If your booking is on the Flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival by sending an email to hoteltermes@rocblanchotels.com
If your booking is on an NR (non-refundable) rate, this means that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you made your booking through a travel agency or another website, you will need to contact them to arrange the cancellation.
