- Pets are only allowed in Superior Rooms.
- Housekeeping staff will not be able to clean the room while pets are inside.
- You are welcome to stroll with your pet through the hotel gardens, and we can set up a table for you in a designated area of the café.
- Any damage, breakage, or deep cleaning required due to your pet may result in an additional charge.
- Please note that the Horta Florida restaurant, the breakfast room, the pool area, Aquatonic, and the Thermal Spa are guest-only spaces.
