Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n

Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy:<\/h4>\n

Flexible Rate (Book Now, Pay Later): You do not need to pay for your booking in advance; the cost of the first night will be charged 24 hours before arrival.<\/p>\n

Any changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival, by 3.00 pm.<\/p>\n

The hotel will charge your card for the first night of your stay 24 hours before your arrival; the remaining balance must be paid on arrival, together with the tourist tax. From 6.00 pm on the day of arrival, if you do not arrive or have not confirmed your arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation after this deadline will incur a charge of 100.00% of the cost of the first night\u2019s stay. <\/p>\n

The hotel will hold all guaranteed bookings for the entire first night; in the event of a no-show, the hotel may charge the cost of the first night of your stay as a penalty, which will result in the automatic cancellation of the remainder of your stay.<\/p>\n

Rate Non-refundable (Pay now and save): <\/strong> At the time of making the booking, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay. It offers an additional discount compared to the Flexible rate, but does not allow cancellations or changes. The hotel will hold for the entire night all bookings that are guaranteed, in the event that you do not turn up, the hotel will charge the amount paid on account as a penalty, and this entails the automatic cancellation of the remainder of the stay. <\/p>\n

Policy on Cancellation of bookings for massages and treatments:<\/h4>\n

Non-refundable: At the time of making the booking, 100% of the booking will be charged. No cancellations or changes are permitted. If you cancel your booking, the amount of the booking will not be refunded. <\/p>\n

Once you have made your booking, from reception we will contact you to book the time for the massages. Times subject to availability. <\/p>\n
